SUPIROCIN B PLUS OINTMENT is a combination of Beclomethasone and Mupirocin, which belong to the groups of medicines called Anti-inflammatory and Antibiotic, respectively. It is used to manage bacterial skin infections like impetigo. Bacterial skin infections develop when bacteria enter through hair follicles or through small breaks in the skin that result from scrapes, surgery, punctures, sunburn, burns, animal or insect bites, wounds, and preexisting skin disorders.

It kills the bacteria that cause skin infections by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins necessary for the survival of bacteria. Thus, it prevents the skin infection from spreading

Mild irritation or redness at the application site

Precautions:
Avoid using mupirocin ointment in or around the eyes.
