Easy bruising
Bleeding more than usual (e.g., from gums, cuts, or nosebleeds)
Upset stomach or mild indigestion
Less common but serious:
Severe bleeding (internal or external)

Unusual tiredness or pale skin (signs of low blood count)
Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling)
Rare blood disorder called TTP (Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura) – signs include fever, confusion, dark urine, or unexplained bruises
Precautions:
Let your doctor know if you have a history of bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, or liver disease.
Avoid taking it with other blood-thinners, NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), or herbal products (like ginkgo) unless your doctor advises—it can increase the risk of bleeding.
If you’re going to have surgery or dental work, tell the doctor or dentist you’re taking Clopidogrel.
Do not stop taking Clopidogrel suddenly without consulting your doctor—it may increase your risk of heart attack or stroke.
