How It Works
It has Acebrophylline, which relaxes muscles and opens up the lungs’ airways. Plus it thins the mucus that’s in the airway and makes breathing easier. It assists in coughing up easily and allows for better breathing by opening airways.

Side effects:
Headaches
Trembling, particularly in the hands
A dry mouth
Palpitations (noticeable heartbeats)
Muscle cramps
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhoea
Upset stomach

Precautions:
When should one not use Acebrophylline
If you are allergic to acebrophylline, theophylline or similar medicines
If you have problems with your kidney or liver
If you have any heart disease such as low blood pressure, unstable blood pressure or abnormal heart rate
