Azithromycin 500mg Tablets

Azithromycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic belonging to the macrolide class. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth and multiplication of bacteria. Due to its long half-life, it remains in the body longer, allowing for short treatment courses of 3 to 5 days.
