Phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine, which are both classified as nasal decongestants and antihistamines, respectively, are combined to form CORIMINIC DROPS. It is used to treat sinus and nasal congestion, headaches, sinus pain, and upper respiratory tract allergy symptoms that affect the nose or throat. Additionally, tonsillitis (inflammation of the tonsils), sinusitis (inflammation of the tissue lining the sinuses), and otitis media (middle ear infection) are treated with it in addition to antibacterials.
