When applied as an inhaler, it helps deal with asthma and lung complications by reducing lung inflammation. It comes in powdered form, a cream or ointment and treats skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis or rash and aids in providing relief against itching, redness and swelling.
How it works:
The mechanism of action of fluticasone is inhibition of inflammatory processes in the body. Being a corticosteroid, it enters the cells and inhibits the issuing of substances that cause inflammation, swelling, redness, and itch. The act relieves the symptoms of asthma and allergies and also the irritations to the skin. It helps in breathing by calming inflammation in the airways of the lungs and relieving allergic reactions or irritation on the skin or the nose.
Dosage:
As prescribed by your doctor.
Side effects:
Severe face pain.

Fever, sore throat, chills, cough, and other signs of infection.

It should not be used on chapped or abraded skin or infected skin, without consent of a doctor. Precaution should be taken when used in the long term as it may lead to side effects like thinning of the skin or immune system deficiency. Also make sure that your eyes do not touch the fluticasone cream or ointment. Oxymetazoline
Oxymetazoline 0.05% Nasal Spray
Oxymetazoline is a fast-acting nasal decongestant used for temporary relief of a stuffy nose caused by the common cold, allergies, or other nasal conditions. It works by constricting (narrowing) the blood vessels inside the nasal passages. When these vessels are swollen (dilated), breathing becomes difficult—this medicine shrinks them, allowing easier breathing for up to 12 hours.
Its Benefits

Long-Acting Formulation: Provides relief from nasal congestion for up to 12 hours after a single use.
Alleviation of Sinus Pressure/Heaviness: Helps reduce sinus congestion and facial pressure.
Localized Action: Acts directly in the nose with minimal effect on the rest of the body.
Dosage
- Gently blow your nose before use.
- Keep your head upright.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other.
