Ibugesic TH 4  TABLET is used in adults to manage painful inflammatory conditions associated with muscle spasms. It can also be used to manage pain associated with musculoskeletal (bone) disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of joints), or ankylosing spondylitis (back pain caused by inflammation of bones in the spine).
