NAM COLD AF PLUS SYRUP is a combination of phenylephrine and chlorpheniramine, both of which are classified as nasal decongestants and antihistamines. It is used to treat nasal and sinus congestion, allergic symptoms of the nose or throat caused by upper respiratory tract allergies, sinus pain, and headache. It is also used in conjunction with antibacterials to treat sinusitis (inflammation of the sinus tissue), tonsillitis (tonsillitis), and otitis media (middle ear infection).
